The Chairman of the Regional Council Vasiliy Salygin has had a meeting with William Taylor, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the USA in Ukraine.

The parties have discussed the opportunities of cooperation between the United States and the Kharkiv area. V. Salygin has requested the Ambassador to encourage American entrepreneurs to come to the market of the area. "From our part, we promise to assist in creating the conditions needed for the arrival of the American capital at our market. No infringements on American companies will be allowed", the Chairman of the Regional Council has assured.
