This was the standpoint expressed by the Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council, member of the Constitutional Assembly Sergii Chernov in the course of his meeting with residents of the city who will represent the region in the Constitutional Assembly.
Today the Association of local government bodies in Kharkiv Region, the Chairman of the Kharkiv Region Council Sergii Chernov is the president of, held a training workshop for workers of financial and accounting structural divisions of district, town and settlement (district centers) councils on the subject “Practical issues of accounting and reporting of local councils. Review of tax and budget legislation”.
This was stated by the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych at the first meeting of the Constitution Assembly, of which Chairman of the Kharkiv Region Council Sergii Chernov is a member.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov, Minister of power engineering and coal mining industry Yuri Boiko, Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council Sergii Chernov, Head of the oblast state administration Mykhailo Dobkin were present at the ceremonial event of commissioning of a new compressor plant at Chervonodonetsk boosting compressor station of NAK “Naftogas” of Ukraine, State Company “Ukrgasvydobuvannia(Ukrgasextraction)”, State production management ”Shebelinkagasvydobuvannia” in Balakliya district.
