In the small hall of the Building of Councils today, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Kostiantyn Gryshchenko held a meeting dedicated to perspectives of cultural and humanitarian area development in Kharkiv region. Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council Sergii Chernov, his First Deputy Chairperson Olena Oleshko, Head of the Regional State Administration Mykhailo Dobkin, his deputies, headmasters of regional high schools and educational establishments, medical and cultural organizations' managers participated in the meeting.
After discussion on the project of Concept of Reformation of Local Authorities and Territorial Power Organization in Ukraine at general assembly in Kharkiv region, several districts proceeded to essence, aims, stages and anticipated results explanation, in particular, Borivskyi district.
Talking to readers of the “Vechirnyi Kharkiv” newspaper via direct telephone line, Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council Sergii Chernov touched issues of self-government and power organization reformation in Ukraine.

The competition commission announced the winners of the regional competition of territorial communities` development projects “Together to Future”. Thus, 64 mini projects for the total sum of more than 4 million UAH are planned to be implemented in the Region this year; half of the sum will be provided from the Regional budget.
