Principal provisions of the Concept reform of local self-government and territorial power organization in Ukraine aimed at determination of directions, mechanisms and terms of efficient local self-government formation and territorial power organization able to ensure available and qualitative public services, establishment of democratic institutions of participation of people and satisfaction of their needs in all areas of social life within a particular territory, compliance between interests of the state and those of local communities.
Today, representatives of local self-government bodies of the region began the discussion of the Concept project of the local self-government reform at the meeting of general assembly of authorized representatives of the Association of Local Authorities of Kharkiv Region.
In his speech during an out session of the collegium   of Ministry of Regional Development, Building and Housing of Ukraine, Minister Gennadyi Temnyk drew attention of local authorities` managers to obligatory restrain of tariffs increase for population.
Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul mentioned this information during an out meeting of collegium of Ministry of Regional Development, Building and Housing.
Answering to journalists` questions during a briefing, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Vilkul informed that around 40 million UAH will be provided from the state budget for construction of a modern training complex planned within the framework of preparations to Eurobasket-2015.
