Today, in the House of Councils, Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council, Sergii Chernov, and Head of the State Regional Administration, Mykhailo Dobkin, met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Ukraine, Mihaly Bayer.  
During the meeting, the Region's leaders presented Kharkiv Region to the Ambassador having outlined priority directions for cooperation. In particular, Kharkiv Region's interest in investments into processing branch of agricilture was discussed, as well as into development of IT technologies. Also topical is the issue of more active student exchange. 

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary ti Ukraine Mihaly Bayer noted that relations between Ukraine and Hungary are developing in the positive vein, however, at the same time, the scale of economic cooperation has a huge potential and space to bi filled with concrete projects and actions.
Chairman of the Regional Council Sergii Chernov suggested that among first steps in this direction emphasis be made on developing cooperation between regions.
Mihaly Bayer assured of his readiness to support initiatives of Kharkiv Region on strengthening art and cultural relations which, according to his opinion, must be reinforced with close interaction of business structures.
