Today, with the participation of Sergii Chernov, Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council, «Paint. Varnish. Coating-Laboratory» Academic and Research Laboratory, which has no analogues in any institution of higher education and industrial enterprise of Ukraine, was opened at the base of O.M. Beketov National University of Municipal Economy. This was made possible thanks to the cooperation of the university with the company “Trest Zhytlobud-1”.
It was announced at the general meeting of the Association of local self-government authorities in Kharkiv region today.
The issue of ensuring public order during the election of the President of Ukraine on March 31, 2019 was considered during the general meeting of the Association of Local Self-Government Bodies of Kharkiv Region.
This was announced by Mykola Rybakov, the head of the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in Kharkiv region, during his report at the general meeting of the Association of Local Governments of Kharkiv Region. The meeting is held in the House of Councils chaired by the President of the Association, the Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council, Sergii Chernov.
In 2018 population migration is equal to 18.600 people. This is an official number, but according to unconfirmed reports, approximately a million of Ukrainian citizens emigrated with the purpose of occupational earnings in 2018. Sergii Chernov, Chairman of Kharkiv Regional Council expressed his opinion on this matter.
